This Service Support Subscription is intended for Authorized Service Companies ONLY.
This subscription includes BOTH, 24/7 access to ServiceMatters.com, as well as out-of-warranty telephone support through the Whirlpool Tech-Line.
The cost structure is tiered based on the number of technicians that will be utilizing the subscription.
The price begins at $240 for the full 2011 calendar year. Each month the price is then discounted at a rate of $20/month to accommodate network members joining throughout the year.
